After paying for the gift voucher you have selected here, the required voucher in electronic form (pdf) will be sent to your email (if you choose this option) within the next 24 hours, as well as a discount code that you can add to your printed gift voucher. In case of additional interest, you can then pick up the gift voucher you have purchased, already printed and nicely wrapped in an envelope, directly in my studio after agreeing the time of handover by phone.

I've received a gift or discount voucher. How do I redeem it

If you are one of the lucky recipients, then first of all, congratulations. I hope your voucher will be the gateway to your better health, regeneration and relaxation. In the following lines, you can find out some important information.

1. How long is the voucher valid?

Keep an eye on the time when your voucher expires. After expiration, it will no longer be possible to redeem it and will automatically be invalidated.

2. What massages can I book?

Gift and discount vouchers (unless otherwise stated on the voucher) are only valid for classic and relaxation massages. After an appointment by phone or on site, the voucher can be used for any other massage by paying the current price of another desired massage listed on these pages.

3. How do I redeem a gift voucher when booking a massage appointment by phone?

You will be given the voucher code when ordering a specific massage appointment by phone at tel: 725 852 649. You will then bring the voucher with you to the massage.

4. How to redeem a gift voucher when booking a massage appointment online?

You enter the voucher code during the booking process. After clicking the book button for the selected classic or relaxation massage, a calendar will appear in which you can select and mark the desired day and time of the massage by clicking. After clicking the next step button, a second window will appear with a form for filling in basic information. You enter this here so that we can contact you if necessary (e.g. in the event of an unexpected change). In the third window on the left under the payment method selection is the I have a voucher button. After clicking on it, a free field will appear in which you can write the gift/discount voucher code and click on the apply button. Only then will the price in the right column be reset (for a gift voucher) or reduced (for a discount voucher). Then proceed as usual to complete the entire registration/payment process by clicking the finish button and filling in any required information.

5. What if I can't redeem the code when booking online, it doesn't work, or I want to ask about any other details or gift/discount voucher options.
