PRIVACY POLICY

The operator of the ProFit Therapy Studio, Daniel Chlebek, located at Ostravská 1554, 738 01 Frýdek-Místek, processes personal data provided by the Buyer for the purpose of fulfilling and confirming the Terms and Conditions, processing service reservations, electronic orders, delivering services, settling payments, and necessary communication between the contracting parties for the duration required by special legal regulations.

Basic Provisions:

1. The Controller of personal data pursuant to Section 5 letter o) of Act No. 18/2018 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"), is Daniel Chlebek, ProFit Therapy, with business ID 17563691, located at Ostravská 1554, 738 01 Frýdek-Místek (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller").

2. Contact details of the Controller are: email: daniel@profitterapie.cz, tel .: +420 725 852 649;

3. Personal data means all information identifying a natural or legal person.

Sources of Processed Personal Data:

1. The Controller processes personal data provided by the Buyer with consent or obtained by the Controller based on the performance of the Purchase Agreement and processing of the electronic order in the online store, or based on a service reservation through the website profitterapie.cz;

2. The Controller processes only identification and contact details of the Buyer necessary for the performance of the purchase contract, reservation, and provision of services.

3. The Controller processes personal data for the purpose of delivery, payment settlement, and necessary communication between the contracting parties for the duration required by special legal regulations. Personal data will not be disclosed, nor transferred to other countries.

Purpose of Processing Personal Data:

The Controller processes the Buyer's personal data for the following reasons:

1. For the purpose of registration on the website profitterapie.cz pursuant to Section 13 paragraph 1 letter a) of Act No. 18/2018 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data;

2. For the purpose of processing the electronic order of the Buyer (name, address, email, telephone number);

3. For the purpose of fulfilling the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between the Buyer and the Controller;

4. Providing personal data is a necessary requirement for the performance of the purchase contract. Without providing personal data, the contract cannot be concluded.

Retention Period of Personal Data:

1. The Controller retains personal data for the time necessary to perform the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between the Buyer and the Controller and for 3 years after the termination of the contractual relationship;

2. After the expiry of the retention period of personal data, the Controller is obliged to delete the data.

Recipients and Processors of Personal Data:

Third parties receiving the personal data of the Buyer are subcontractors of the Controller. The services of these subcontractors are unconditionally related to the successful performance of the purchase contract and electronic order between the controller and the Buyer.

The subcontractors of the Controller are:

Webnode AG (e-shop system); Czech Post, state enterprise (delivery service); Google Analytics (website analysis); PPL (delivery service); Zásilkovna (delivery service); DPD (delivery service); Reservanto s.r.o. (booking and sales service).

Buyer's Rights:

According to the conditions set out in the Act, the Buyer has the right to:

1. Access their personal data;

2. Correct personal data;

3. Delete personal data;

4. Object to processing;

5. Data portability;

6. Withdraw consent to the processing of personal data in writing or electronically to the email address: daniel@profitterapie.cz;

7. Lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if they believe that their right to personal data protection has been violated.

Security of Personal Data:

1. The Controller declares that it has taken all appropriate technical and organizational measures necessary to secure the personal data of the Buyer;

2. The Controller has taken technical measures to secure data storage of personal data, especially securing access to the computer with a password, using antivirus software, and regular maintenance of computers.

Final Provisions:

1. By submitting a service reservation or electronic order on the website profitterapie.cz, the Buyer confirms that they have been acquainted with the conditions of personal data protection and accepts them in full;

2. The Buyer agrees to these rules by ticking the box within the reservation or order of goods and services.

3. The Controller is entitled to change these Rules at any time. The Controller is obliged to publish the new version of the Rules on its website.

These Rules come into force on October 1, 2023.
